The Valbona Valley (Albanian: Luginës së Valbonës) is in the Albanian Alps in northern Albania. It is part of Alps of Albania National Park, one of the most impressive and notable topographic features of Albania. Being the southernmost continuation of the Dinaric Alps, it forms a section of the Alpine-Himalayan orogenic belt, which extend from the Atlantic Ocean to the Himalaya Mountains. The mountains are characterized by limestone and dolomite rocks and shows major karst features.
We made an itinerary for nature lovers, to walk through the Valbona Valley, Hike to the Rrogami Waterfall, and explore the valley, also Valbona for many Peaks of the Balkans hikers is the starting point!

Reaching in Valbona is best from Kosovo, city of Gjakova, Peja or Prizren a drive that takes between 1 hour 30 min to 2 hours by car. This tour we start from Peja town but for other cities contact an agent to give you more details…
We parking the car to Hotel Fusha e Gjesë, in this place also is the end of the road of Valbona Valley, and we continue walking through trail and near the Rrogami River, which in summer days will be hot in this part from the rocks and we suggest to have a hat with you!
Half of the trail It is walking through forest which made walking more attractive, also in this trail you can meet a lot of Hikers because this place is part of international hiking trails PEAKS OF THE BALKANS!
